Here I go again testing out another detox drink to help flush fat and relieve bloating. I love cranberry juice! Cranberries have vitamin C and fiber, and are a mere 45 calories per cup. Cranberries have the antioxidants our body craves. Cranberries outrank nearly every fruit and vegetable–including strawberries, spinach, broccoli, red grapes, apples, raspberries, and cherries.

I posted a similar recipe with fresh dandelion greens and fresh cranberries that worked wonderfully to relieve bloating as well. Dandelion tea is a good diuretic to help get things moving inside by breaking down fat so you can release it. The cranberry juice will have you urinating more than you are used to. The object here is to make a large batch and DRINK. You will drink this all day instead of your normal water. This is a plan for seven days, it is not a cleanse, it is really good for bloat. This plan calls for Distilled water, on your normal days drink spring water or alkalized water. Ingredients
  • 60 oz of purified water
  • 2 tablespoon's lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free cranberry juice
  • 1 Organic dandelion root tea bag

Instructions
  1. Steep your tea for at least ten minutes then let it cool.
  2. Mix all your ingredients together and add the tea bag
  3. Drink the entire mixture all day for up to 7 days if you are drinking the full amount, you will make a new batch everyday. That is the goal, drink all 60 oz.
